 Ingredients

  • A cup of fresh cherries
  • Plain kefir
  • A tablespoon of flax seed

Preparation

  1. Pit the fresh cherries, and then chop them.
  2. Prepare a cup of tart cherry juice
  3. Fill a cup 2/3 with plain kefir
  4. Take a tablespoon of flax seed and ground it. Add some ice to taste.
  5. Put all the ingredients together into a smoothie maker or blender. Process it until it becomes smooth. Pour it into a glass and drink immediately.
